Email from Rachel’s family… Please circulate!!

“Hi Guys,

This is most unfortunate, but I am writing this mail to appeal for your help.

On Sunday 24 January 2010, Pierre and I took our 3 beagles on a walk in Delta park with the beagle club. Unfortunately Rachel, our young tri-color female went missing. Obviously we are devastated and we have searched for the past 2 days until dark to try and find her, but to no avail.

I would like to ask that you spread the word to friends who live around Johannesburg. The more people know about her the easier it will be to find her.

Rachel is nine months old and is a slender dog with a lot of black on her back and brown and white face. She was wearing a pink collar with her name and our telephone number on at the time she went missing. She is a very adorable dog, but please bear in mind that she has a family who is inconsolable because we love her so much and we are worried sick. We will do anything to get her back. If you took our baby please return her to us. We will gladly help you to find your own friend. We are also willing to pay a generous reward to anybody who will return her to us.

Our first beagle meet-up for 2010! It was great to see everyone again… and meet lots of new people and beagles.
